How we fulfill orders

2AGear.com, operated by IKEO Group, LLC, fulfills some orders in house and uses Printful, an on-demand production and shipping provider, for other products. Items in one order may be fulfilled separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Printful-fulfilled orders

Printful products are made to order. Production and fulfillment take place before carrier transit begins. Timing depends on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and available shipping service. Refer to the estimates provided with your order and Printful's shipping information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Printful's operational shipping procedures apply to Printful-fulfilled items; 2AGear remains your point of contact and responsible seller.

In-house orders

We process in-house orders within 3 business days after receiving your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional; processing within 3 business days does not mean delivery within 3 business days. Any different preorder or product-specific timing will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are displayed at checkout. We send shipment and tracking information when it is available. Please check your delivery address before submitting an order and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

Delays, missing packages, and problems

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. If no shipping time was stated, applicable statutory shipping deadlines still apply. A carrier delay does not remove your statutory rights. Contact hello@2agear.com with your order number if tracking stalls, a package is missing, or an item arrives damaged.
