About 2AGear
2AGear.com is operated by IKEO Group, LLC ("2AGear," "we," "us"). These terms govern use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Return and exchange policy, Shipping policy, and Privacy policy. Please review them before ordering. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Using our store
You must have legal capacity to place an order, or permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate order and contact information, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and keep account access secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or infringe others' rights.
Products, prices, and orders
Product descriptions, selected options, prices, and charges shown at checkout apply to your order. Colors and appearance can vary with screens and production methods; images, including mockups, are illustrative and do not replace stated product specifications. We may correct errors or contact you if an item is unavailable. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will notify you and issue the refund required by law. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Fulfillment and exchanges
Some items are produced and shipped by Printful; others are processed in house within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional. See the Shipping policy for details. Ordinary returns are exchange-only when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery, with return shipping paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Defect remedies and mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain available as described in our Return and exchange policy.
AI-assisted content and support
We use artificial intelligence tools to assist with website content, design, and customer support. Some text, imagery, or support responses may be AI-assisted or generated. Automated responses can contain errors and should not be treated as legal, safety, or other professional advice. For clarification or human assistance, contact hello@2agear.com. An automated response does not override your statutory rights or the published terms of your purchase. Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
Privacy, analytics, and service providers
Our Privacy policy explains our use of Shopify, Printful, payment and shipping providers, Google Analytics, and AI-assisted support services. We use Google Analytics to understand website activity and improve the store. We also use Shopify Network Intelligence, which can use data across Shopify services for personalization and advertising. These activities involve disclosures to third parties; some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy law. We do not sell customer mailing lists for money. We do not promise that no data is disclosed to third parties.
You can review and exercise applicable choices through Your Privacy Choices and the Privacy policy. Necessary processing for orders, support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations may continue when you opt out of advertising uses.
Optional marketing emails
If you choose to subscribe, we may send product news, offers, and other marketing emails. Consent to marketing is not required to buy products or use customer support; accepting these terms or placing an order does not itself subscribe you. You may unsubscribe using the Shopify-managed unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by contacting hello@2agear.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, account, or service messages.
Content and external services
Respect the intellectual property rights in site content and third-party materials. Links to external websites do not make their operators part of 2AGear; those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our obligations to you as the seller.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms prospectively and will show the effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights for an existing order. Questions: hello@2agear.com.
