RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure the item you ordered arrives promptly and works exactly the way it should. We have implemented a return policy designed to let you shop with confidence.

2Agear.com is a collaborative storefront; all returns, warranties, and compliance matters are handled directly by the merchant of record, 29 Outdoor Gear. Please read our terms and conditions for the full details of our return and warranty policy.

1. FIREARM & LOWER RECEIVER INSPECTION

IMPORTANT: When you receive a firearm or lower receiver at your designated FFL, please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer (completing the Form 4473). The policies outlined below are strictly for firearms or lower receivers that have not yet been transferred to the customer. Once you accept the transfer and take possession, the firearm is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for return. Issues discovered after transfer must be handled through the manufacturer's warranty process.

2. FAILED TRANSFERS & UNCLAIMED ITEMS

If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up from your designated FFL within 14 days of arrival, or if the transfer cannot be completed for any reason (including failed background check/DROS denial, ineligibility, refusal to pick up, or customer cancellation), the transaction will be canceled.

Upon notification from the receiving FFL that the item is being returned, 29 Outdoor Gear will process a refund minus:

  • Restocking Fee: 5% of the purchase price for firearms and lower receivers.
  • Return Shipping: A flat $50 return shipping fee.
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable.

3. NEW GUN & NEW LOWER RECEIVER RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES OF NEW FIREARMS AND NEW LOWER RECEIVERS ARE FINAL.

Once a new firearm has been shipped and transferred, it is not eligible for return. New guns are eligible for applicable manufacturer's warranties. If you encounter a mechanical defect, please contact the manufacturer directly.

4. CERTIFIED USED GUNS

29 Outdoor Gear offers a 3-Day Inspection Policy for Certified Used Guns.

  • The Window: For a period of 3 calendar days after taking possession, we will accept a return regardless of the reason.
  • The Refund: Full refund minus a $50 return shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 5% restocking fee.
  • Condition: The firearm must be returned in the exact condition received, with no new firing or wear.
  • After 3 Days: All sales are final.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ACCESSORIES

All Sales Are Final For: Ammunition, Optics and Sights, Magazines, Holsters, Knives, Hunting & Range Gear, Upper Receivers, Suppressor Components, and Other Accessories.

While we do not accept returns, many items (specifically optics and magazines) are covered by manufacturer warranties. We encourage you to contact the manufacturer for defects.

6. SUPPRESSORS (NFA ITEMS)

2Agear.com does not accept returns on Suppressors once the transfer process has begun.

  • ATF Denials / Return Without Action (RWA): If your application is denied by the ATF, we will refund the purchase price less a 25% processing fee or $200 (whichever is greater). 100% of sales tax will be refunded.
  • If deemed Returned Without Action (RWA), additional actions and fees will be determined based on the receiving FFL's policies.

7. BRANDED MERCHANDISE

2Agear or 29 Outdoor Gear branded merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Clothing must not be washed, worn, or damaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

Please refer to our Package Protection coverage page for details on items lost or damaged during transit.

9. GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES

  • How to Start: Email purchasing@29outdoorgear.com
  • Do Not Call: We do not accept return requests via phone or voicemail.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately via email so we can correct the error.
  • Return Labels: If approved, shipping labels will be emailed to you.
  • Refund Processing: Credited to original credit card. Allow 3-5 business days after issuance.
  • Exchanges: We do not provide exchanges. Please place a new order.

10. REFUSAL OF RETURNS

29 Outdoor Gear reserves the right to limit or decline returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns that do not qualify may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
