SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account or go straight to your Order History if you're already logged in. Once your order has been processed and a shipping label created, a tracking number will be provided, and you will be able to see exact shipping details.

2. SHIPPING SURCHARGES & FIREARM REQUIREMENTS

Note on Weight & Handling

There is an additional shipping charge for orders that weigh over 10 lbs or contain a firearm that requires additional shipping protections (such as Adult Signature Required). If applicable, this additional charge will be reflected in your total shipping costs at checkout.

FFL Requirement

• Firearms: All firearms must ship to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. You cannot have a firearm shipped directly to your home.
• California Firearm Precursor Parts: In accordance with California law (including AB 1621), "Firearm Precursor Parts" (such as unfinished frames or receivers) must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. These items must be picked up in person by the purchaser, subject to a background check.

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

2Agear.com (via 29 Outdoor Gear) adheres to strict shipping restrictions based on federal and state regulations.

4. AMMUNITION SHIPPING

• Method: Ammunition is considered strict HAZMAT and must ship via Ground service only.
• Timeline: On average, ammunition orders will take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your provided shipping address after processing.

5. SUPPRESSOR (NFA) PROCESS

Orders containing a suppressor are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA).

Standard Transfer Process:

1. Form 3 Transfer: Upon purchase, we will file an ATF Form 3 to transfer the suppressor from our inventory to the Class 3 FFL dealer of your choice in your home state.
2. Timeline: We cannot ship the suppressor until the ATF approves this dealer-to-dealer transfer. This typically takes 2-14 days but can vary.
3. Form 4 (Customer): Once the item arrives at your local dealer, you will work with them to submit your ATF Form 4 (Tax Stamp), fingerprints, and photos. You cannot take possession of the suppressor until the ATF approves your Form 4.

Note: Please ensure your local dealer is willing to accept NFA transfers before placing your order.

6. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping methods (e.g., 2-Day Air) may be added for an additional cost on eligible items.

• Availability: The shipping options available will display during the checkout process.
• Business Days: Expedited shipping methods are subject to Monday-Friday business day operations. They DO NOT include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
• Ammunition: There is NO expedited shipping method available for ammunition purchases due to DOT regulations.
• Requests: For Saturday delivery requests, please contact us via email prior to purchase to see if an exception can be arranged (additional fees will apply).

7. FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

From time to time, 2Agear.com may offer free shipping promotions.

• Exclusions: Free shipping promotions DO NOT apply to bulk orders, ammunition, or expedited shipping methods.
• Qualifiers: The minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping is calculated on the subtotal of eligible merchandise only; it does not include firearms processing fees, heavy item surcharges, or tax.

8. PACKAGE PROTECTION

We now offer flat-rate Package Protection as part of our shipping and delivery services.

• Coverage: This covers products ordered from the 2Agear.com website up to a value of $1,000.00.
• Exclusion: Package Protection does not apply to firearms shipments. Firearms are insured separately through the carrier's declared value process.
