15. Firearm & Compliance Specifics

FFL Requirements: All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL holder. You are responsible for contacting the receiving FFL.
Background Checks: You must pass a federal and/or state background check (e.g., DROS in California) to take possession.
Failed Transfers: If denied, the return and restocking fees in our Return Policy will apply.
Age Verification: We reserve the right to verify your age and identity through third-party services.

16. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from 29 Outdoor Gear electronically. You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.

17. Miscellaneous

This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and 29 Outdoor Gear relating to the Services. No delay in enforcing a right shall be deemed a waiver. You cannot transfer or assign this TOS without prior written consent.
